The mission of Triangle Bikeworks, Inc. is to inspire high potential youth from risk filled environments to pursue personal success, to prepare them for leadership roles in their community, work, and college, while motivating them to be role models for others.
Triangle Bikeworks (TBW) is a nonprofit with programs centered on youth leadership development and getting youth outdoors. The brick and mortar building will be a resale bicycle shop where youth learn bicycle repair and maintenance skills. The bicycle shop will also function as a revenue generator for the Spoke’n Revolution youth cycling program so that it may continue its mission.
We do this by engaging students in three to four years of intensive leadership experiences involving year round development programs, year round cycling activities, community service projects locally, regionally, and nationally, including preparation for continuing education and career development.
